You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

3. LinkedIn Authentication and Network Import

Sniff may allow you to sign in using LinkedIn OAuth. By using LinkedIn authentication, you authorize Sniff to receive the information permitted through the applicable LinkedIn authorization process.

Sniff does not collect or store your LinkedIn password.

Sniff may allow you to voluntarily import your LinkedIn network to enhance your experience. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authorization to provide this information to Sniff.

4. Use of Publicly Available Information

Sniff may provide information obtained from publicly accessible sources. This information may include public posts, public profiles, professional information, opportunities, and links to third-party content.

Sniff does not intentionally access or provide private messages or private content that is not publicly accessible.

Information obtained from third-party sources may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, removed, or changed without notice. Sniff does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of third-party information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sniff only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use Sniff for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
